This is a very complete workout focusing on every area of the body. Abs, arms, back, legs, booty. Starting by stabilising the torso with core work then moving into upper body and back then into booty and legs to finish. You'll sweat and gently yet efficiently work your muscles in little time. Please pay attention to my cues, my pace and your own engagement/technique. *Can be done on alternating days of the week with an ab workout on every other day.
