18min of work time, very simple short and super effective band workout. Get your band inside the boutique. We are doing very low reps as using the band will be challenging with non stop tension = better results YAY. This can be done on alternating days of the week with an ab workout on alternating days or you can mix it up with some split body part videos. Please pay close attention to my technique, cues and your own too. No rush here, enjoy and be mindful.
