Using a little chi ball or soft pillow for our prop today. All levels booty workout.
3 rounds of a circuit. Beginners can do 2 rounds or complete all.
Working inner thighs lots and a little bit of jumping involved. Can modify to stationary squats.
*Stay mindful to your own technique and my cueing.
To be done either as a workout on it's own or paired with an upper body and or ab workout. 3x per week for best results.
