What does this mean?

This type of ‘e-cervical fluid’ helps to bring sperm into the cervix with the egg-white, slippery mucus by feeding them sugars to keep swimming towards their final destination of the ovum. (Isn’t life and the will to live, amazing from this perspective?)

The fertilised ovum is released for a short window of 24 hours. After this peak for the ovum and no conception takes place you begin to move into the next phase.
