A few new fun exercises working on hip stability and mobility. If your butt isn't on fire, contact me!
This can be done alongside an upper body and or ab workout on the same day or you can alternate them. So every second day lower body and the alternating days upper body and abs etc.
*Pay close attention to my technique, cues and your own. BE MINDFUL :)
