A very complete workout moving in all planes, rolling, kneeling, lying, rotation. We do a lot of core work in between each part of the workout, some new lower body moves that challenge your stability of the hips, ankles and help mobility too.
*This can be done on alternating days of the week with or without an ab workout on alternating days OR you can mix it up with some split body part videos. Please pay close attention to my technique, cues and your own too. No rush here, enjoy and be mindful.
