2 circuits 5 rounds each. It's a REAL KILLER (for me more than gym!)
Beginners can either reduce tension and complete all or stop at 2-3 rounds each circuit. We're working shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, abs and back!
*Complete 2-3x week for best results and either own it's own or paired with a lower body/ab workout.
