We have a mix of standing and seated upper body work. 3 circuits/ 2-3 rounds working our shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and chest. An overall conditioning workout great for sculpting and strengthening overall upper body.
Pair with a lower body or ab video in the same day, or stagger them on alternating days. 2-3x week for best results.
