STANDING only booty workout, can be done anywhere like parks, living room, etc. 19 min of work time.
Use bands for added challenge. Squat and lunge variations and standing kick work.
*This can be paired with an upper body and abs workout all in one day for a complete workout or you can alternate the days with the split workouts.
* Pay close attention to my cueing and technique as well as your own.
