What does INNER FALL mean?
When no ovulation occurs the body decreases estrogen and increases progesterone to begin the process of shedding the endometrial lining. Cervical fluid can be milky, cloggy, sticky. This phase can last anywhere from 10-14 days on average.
Such as Fall presents itself in nature, womb bodied people also begin to experience the slowing down phase in their moon cycle. The inward, feminine phase becomes more present.
You may find this a good time to clean the house, read more, bring in a deeper meditation practice and so on. This time can also be looked at as the compost time. If anything was not working for you during this moon cycle, compost and recycle it so you can start the next cycle fresh.
If you observe patterns of the same type of energy repeating itself during this Inner Fall phase with each cycle, you are being asked to pay attention! Utilize this intuitive, powerful feminine energy to keep thriving in your life!
