What does INNER WINTER mean?
This is day 1, the beginning of a new moon (menstrual) cycle. As your body is shedding the endometrial lining, external and outward energy is low. The body is working through a physically extensive process as you bleed. Take it easy these days and lay low.
During Inner Winter, as a womb bodied person, you are your most intuitive. Create the space for just you during this time.
What are your favorite things to do? A gentle walk in nature, journaling, meditation, and any ritual that brings you inward is beneficial to hear what the primal, intuitive body is sharing with you.
