This is a 14 minute working time workout! We are starting with the largest muscles first = booty and legs then we'll flow through lots of upper body via weight bearing exercises for abs and arm exercises. Finishing with a mix of it all. If you're not burning within 2 minutes please let me know! This can be performed on alternating days of the week. Best results 2x minimum.
