you'll need bands, dumbells, a bench of some kind.
Really simple!!

3-4 workouts per week over 2 weeks. Extend it if you like to 3-4 weeks!

use 2 workouts per week instead if you like. YOU ARE THE CHEF

no need to do more than 3 per week of upper body. Minimum 2 max 3.

you can also swap any band for small dumbbell or wrist weights and vice versa.
