We have a mat workout of 3 circuits / 3-5 rounds. 5 rounds if you love a challenge, 2-3 rounds for beginners. We are working all area of the upper body today (shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, chest)
Pair with a lower body or ab video in the same day, or stagger them on alternating days. 2-3x week for best results.
