10 Days of COMMITMENT Challenge
This is a little challenge for you to stay consistent and have your own back for 10 consecutive days...I have given you options and have some ideas below if you'd rather tweak it or swap some videos.
You will see a program calendar to follow.
The main purpose is to commit to yourself and show up everyday for 10 days...if you're tired, sad, whatever! Use this as therapy for the next week and a bit, and see how much more you can tune inwards and get to know yourself :)
